Hiya! I'm a regular of the channel #big-folks and have been a part of that group for almost 2 yrs now. What can I say, it's a great group of people, and I've made a lot of wonderful friends there. As you can see, Cosette is my nick on IRC, but I can also be found as Cosy on occasion when someone's using my nick (hate when that happens ;) ). I've been online about 3 yrs now and on irc 2 1/2. If you stop by the channel sometime, you can usually find me there late at night (EST) or occasionally in the evenings if I'm working on the web or something... web page creating can be so addictive sometimes (although usually not quite as bad as irc hehe).
Currently, I'm kind of a displaced college student, working towards getting back to school for the fall. Finding schools to transfer to has been a major concern of mine these past few months. As a result, I've been concentrating on whatever it'll take to make that happen. I'm also hoping to find some sort of job that relates to my major (biology), that will give me good practical experience for my future... either while I'm working to get back to school, or while I'm taking classes. Ok, enough about me and school. ;) Otherwise, I have many varied interests from music to outdoors to hockey, and you'll often find me chatting about my fave team, the Penguins, on the channel (even though I try to control myself and not chat about them too often for the sake of the others that aren't hockey fans there... "try" is the operative word there *grin*). I'm even watching a game as I write this. ;) I'm very passionate about the things I'm interested in, and will spend a great deal of time learning as much as I can about them. Anyhow! I have been accused of being such things as "cute" and "bubbly" on the channel (you know who you are!). Bubbly sounds like a good descriptor for champagne (even though I've never had any) hehe, but I don't mind it even if I do sometimes protest about being called such things. ;) I do admit to having a bit of a tendency of being hyper on channel, but that means I'm having lots of fun and love being super silly. :) Well, I think that's enough for now, for what's *supposed* to be a short page. ;) Hope to see you online sometime!
