By today's standards, this character designs for this series would be "old-school". But the production value of the series is good, and overall the art is consistent and very well done for its time.

This was a magical girl series that begin in 1985. Produced by
Studio Pierrot, it came after Creamy Mami but before Magical Emi.
Pelsia is a girl who lived with animals most of her life before
coming (back) to Japan. It's relatively lighthearted as the naive
Pelsia often has no understanding of what she's doing but somehow
manages to suceed nonetheless. The magical girl aspect of this is
similar to "Minky Momo", where she has to collect love energy for
some greater purpose. She can change into an older version of
herself. Like Yuu from Creamy Mami, she likes two older boys
named Gaku and Riki but can only get their attention by
transforming.
